The Experience You Need To Make Your Best Move.
Following 13 years in higher ed fundraising and development, I made the leap into real estate. After three years as a top producer at another firm, I decided to open my own shop. My grandfather owned a one man firm - Oceanaire Realty - in Eastern North Carolina, and I brought the name back when I started. Our offices are in Holly Ridge and Raleigh, NC. I attended UNCW and NC State University, finishing my bachelor's degree in 2000 and my master's in 2003.
Since opening my focus has been connecting with dynamic and motivated individuals who strive to build relationships and provide value to help others reach their goals. We work as a team, in the most sincere form of the word, to support and lift each other up. My job is to provide the resources, support, and environment for that teamwork to take place.
The Oceanaire Realty uses cutting edge resources and technology to give our buyers and sellers the competitive edge. Our job is to advise, guide, and provide you with the value and knowledge to help you feel comfortable and confident in making the right decision for you and your family to achieve your real estate goals.
I also host Mastermind Sessions on a regularly occurring basis. This was my way to open the conversations we have internally to a wider audience, hear more voices, and to provide an option to all those seeking this type of resource. These apply to both our work in real estate striving to provide the best in customer service, and life to live the best lives we can. It is held live via Zoom and open to anyone in the real estate industry. Link here: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87483749435 and text MASTERMINDAGENTS to 22828 to join the mailing list.
In 2022, I formed a partnership to found High Rise Lending Group. This joint venture seeks to elevate the level of customer service we provide at The Oceanaire Realty with an in house lending option.
I strive to be informed, involved and give back. I'm a Leadership Raleigh 2021-22 class graduate, 2021 Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Man of the Year for Central and Eastern North Carolina, in addition to several other nonprofit volunteer roles and experiences.
My wife, Amanda, and I have two sons, Everett and Winslow. We love the beach and mountains, traveling, and the NC State Wolfpack.
I'm always interested in connecting with others who seek to create meaningful, lasting, and mutually beneficial relationships. They are the heart and soul of everything we do. Esse Quam Videri!
I look forward to working with you and turning your vision into a reality.
Let's get started!
