Born in Connecticut, but a transplant from Florida, Charles had his first real taste of North Carolina while attending college at Belmont Abbey. From then on, he knew North Carolina would be the place he called home.
Before arriving to North Carolina Charles was involved in various aspects of real estate in Florida and continued that once he arrived. His path to Raleigh wasn’t clear at first but since arriving to the Triangle in 2014 and purchasing a home through Doug Yopp, Charles was here to stay. After obtaining his real estate license in 2018 Charles decided to work the with The Oceanaire Realty because of his experience working personally with owner Doug Yopp in the past. Charles said, "I've worked with many agents over the years, and none compared to the experience I had with Doug. When I decide real estate was my path, his team was the only option I wanted."
