Brandon Yopp is a top producing agent and the broker-in-charge of The Oceanaire Realty’s Triangle office. He has been among the top 2% nationally for production every year since 2020, as well as Triangle Real Producers Top 500 in 2022 and 2023. He is also a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor with the National Association of REALTORS, one of less than 800 REALTORS in North Carolina to hold the certification.
Brandon enjoys the opportunity to get to know and develop meaningful relationships with his clients and colleagues within the profession. He attributes his success in the industry in large part to those relationships, which extend beyond the closing table.
Nearly 80% of Brandon’s business comes personal relationships, past clients, and referrals. He strives to provide value and white glove service worthy of five-star reviews upon closing. Active in the local real estate community, he joined Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS (RRAR) Top Producers Council in 2023 and previously served on the RRAR Communications and Public Relations Committee in 2021 and 2022.
Brandon’s grandfather, Herman G. Alberti, started The Oceanaire Realty in 1979. He works alongside his brother, Doug Yopp, and the team in expanding The Oceanaire Realty's vision and client focused commitment to better serve the needs of the Triangle real estate market.
Aside from assisting his clients and teammates, Brandon enjoy's spending time with his wife, Amber, their dogs, Ziggy and Darcy, and traveling. A lifelong learner, he holds bachelors and masters degrees from NC State University, and a second masters degree from Campbell University. He is an avid fan of the NC State Wolfpack, Chicago Cubs, and music of all genres.
Prior to his real estate career, Brandon spent more than a dozen years as a leading communications professional and consultant at universities in the Raleigh area.
