Hey! I’m Eli Wachtman. I grew up in Northwest Ohio and after high school moved to Southern California for a change of scenery. After about 8 years my wife and I had the opportunity to relocate to beautiful Eastern North Carolina in 2016. I like to say I’ve lived on all coasts in The United States, counting the Great Lakes as a coastal area.
Since moving to the area, I lived in downtown Raleigh and then bought a home in Durham where I reside with my wife, Grace, and my son, Wilder. We recently bought our second property in Durham. We love living and investing in the area.
Professionally, I had an amazing career in technology building relationships and helping clients realize their goals. After 10 years in technology, I decided it was time for a change. I developed a passion for real estate when buying my first home and decided to pursue real estate full time.
When I take a break, you can find my family and I paddle boarding on Falls Lake, biking the American Tobacco Trail, hiking the area’s trails and state parks, exploring neighborhood parks, visiting museums, brewing with my home brew club, and enjoying all the wonderful things the Triangle has to offer.
