Mark Ferrell's journey has taken him across the globe, but his heart has always been rooted in North Carolina. Born in Goldsboro, NC to an Air Force family, Mark's early years were marked by travel and adventure, as he moved between Air Force bases throughout the South. After high school, he embarked on a European adventure that would span over two decades, living primarily in England, Austria, and Hungary. During this time, he achieved a degree in dentistry, got married, and became the proud father of three wonderful daughters. Mark successfully practiced as a dentist for 15 years, a testament to his commitment to excellence and dedication to serving others. While abroad, Mark discovered the connection to his North Carolina roots was unbreakable. His beloved home state called him back, and in 2018, he permanently returned to the place he holds most dear. A couple of years and the COVID-19 pandemic later, Mark decided to make a career pivot and obtained his North Carolina real estate license. He is thrilled to have now found a home with Oceanaire Realty, an experienced locally owned firm that shares his values who are also collaboration experts. Mark brings a wealth of invaluable qualities to the real estate arena. His strong consultative skills, advanced presentation abilities, and tech-savviness make him a valuable asset to sellers and buyers in Eastern NC.
